Shipping prices displayed during checkout include handling charges. Handling charges are charged on a per order basis to specifically pay for those expenses required to handle and/or pack and ship your order. This can include but is not limited to, shipping materials, like boxes, labels, tape, bubble wrap, packing peanuts, as well as any additional services required such as tracking, insurance, and/or signature confirmation.

We do not profit from handling charges like many other KPOP shops and we try our best to keep shipping and handling charges as low as possible by shipping in the most cost-effective way for each product we sell, and by keeping up-to-date on all United States Postal policies, regulations, and pricing. If you believe shipping and handling charges was incorrectly calculated for your order, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will quickly review your order and get back to you as soon as possible with updated pricing if any changes apply.

Posters: All posters are shipped in cardboard tubes, to help prevent damage during shipping, unless otherwise noted. In the event, a poster is not issued to you due to insufficient stock or manufacture or supplier matters you are subject to compensation for the insufficient poster. All compensation requests are issued as a THE KPOP VENDOR voucher/coupon, which you can use to purchase products on THEKPOPVENDOR.com, or in some, rare, cases exchange for cash. Poster value is $1 USD per poster.

First Press Photo Cards & Gifts: All limited edition first press photo cards and gifts (eg. photo cards, postcards, photos, mini stands, etc.)  are shipped with all orders. In the event, the manufacturer does not issue your product the first press item(s) you are subject to compensation for the insufficient item(s). All compensation requests are issued as a THE KPOP VENDOR voucher/coupon, which you can use to purchase products on THEKPOPVENDOR.com, or in some, rare, cases exchange for cash. Limited edition first press items are valued at $1 USD per item. Returns will not be accepted due to missing first press item(s) unless the manufacturer packaging has not been opened. Order Verification; Holds; Delayed Shipment; Risk Decisions
To protect THE KPOP VENDOR and our affiliates and/or service providers we may require you to verify your order. We’ll provide you with notice should your purchase require verification, via email.

Our decision to require verification is confidential criteria that are essential to our management of risk and the protection of THE KPOP VENDOR and our affiliates and/or service providers. We may use proprietary fraud and risk modeling when assessing the risk associated with your purchase on THE KPOP VENDOR. We have no obligation to reveal the details of our risk management or security procedures to you.

We may delay shipment for your order should we believe that there may be a high level of risk associated with your order. Our decision on whether to delay shipment is based on a number of factors, including information available to us from both internal sources and third parties. You will be notified by email should we delay your shipment.

High-Risk orders that are delay can remain in place for up to 30 days from the date the payment. Delayed shipments hold’s may last longer than 30 days if your order’s payment is reversed, challenged, or a charge-back is opened for the purchase amount.

Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing THE KPOP VENDOR and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by THE KPOP VENDOR without notice at any time, for any reason.

THE KPOP VENDOR reserves the right to terminate and or refuse or cancel any orders of any customers account that contains repeated returns, constant order cancellations, or order charge-backs.

Chargeback Abuse Policy
Purchases will appear on your credit/debit card statement as “THE KPOP VENDOR” or “PALUDIPAN LLC”. You agree not to file a credit card or debit card chargeback with regard to any purchase and instead abide by the dispute resolution procedures outlined on www.THEKPOPVENDOR.com. In the event that you breach this agreement and file a chargeback, upon a resolution in our favor of the chargeback by either the credit card issuing bank, the credit card processor or by VISA or MASTERCARD, you agree to reimburse us for any costs incurred in researching and responding to such chargeback, including without limitation, our actual costs paid to the credit card processor or our banks, other third parties, and the reasonable value of the time of our employees and owners spent on the matter, as determined in our discretion in good faith. You further agree that all dispute resolution procedures below will be deemed waived by you, and that these amounts will be added to the original amount of the order, and that this total amount will then be immediately due and payable. If your chargeback is upheld, you agree to pay all of the same costs, in addition to the original purchase price, but we will use the dispute resolution procedures below to confirm and collect such amounts.

In the event that a chargeback is placed or threatened on a purchase, we also reserve the right to report the incident for inclusion in chargeback abuser database(s) of our choosing and in our sole discretion. The information reported will include name, email address, order date, order amount, IP address, full address, and phone number. Being listed on such databases may make it more difficult or even impossible for you to use (any of) your credit card(s) on future purchases with us or other merchants. Chargeback abusers wishing to be removed from the database shall make payment to us for any outstanding amount owed to us + $50 for processing and handling by wire transfer or such other means as we may require.

Typographical Errors
In the event that a THE KPOP VENDOR product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, THE KPOP VENDOR reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price. THE KPOP VENDOR reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, THE KPOP VENDOR will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Prices and terms of offers may change without notice. Despite our best efforts, a small number of items may contain pricing, typography, or photography errors. Prices refer to product prices and offers refers to discounts and any and all coupon and discount codes. Products reduced in price are eligible for a price difference refund. All price difference refund requests are issued as a THE KPOP VENDOR voucher/coupon, which you can use to purchase products on THEKPOPVENDOR.com. Price adjustments are only available for merchandise purchased at the full price. Pricing protection does not apply to Black Friday and Cyber Monday purchases. In order to request a price adjustment, please contact our Sale Customer Service Department.

Use of Site
Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including e-mail, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden. Impersonation of others, including a THE KPOP VENDOR or other licensed employee, host, or representative, as well as other members or visitors on the site, is prohibited. You may not upload to, distribute, or otherwise publish through the site any content which is libelous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable which may constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party or which may otherwise give rise to liability or violate any law. You may not upload commercial content on the site or use the site to solicit others to join or become members of any other commercial online service or other organization.

RISK OF LOSS
All items purchased from THE KPOP VENDOR are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Orders returned to us due to an incorrect or invalid address, missed delivery, or refused delivery; you will be refunded for the item less the shipping charge and any additional return shipping fees incurred by us. If you Contact Us regarding an order that is being returned to sender, we will do our best to re-ship the order. Orders that are being returned to sender will not be refunded or re-sent until the package is received and postage is paid for by you.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless THE KPOP VENDOR, its officers, directors and employees from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys fees, resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the site using your Internet account.
